Resolution No. 278 of the Council of Ministers of May 18, 1954, amending the resolution of June 3, 1953, on the competence of bodies to set certain prices, fees, and tariff rates, and on the principles and procedure for submitting applications for setting prices, fees, and tariff rates, and defining guidelines for their determination.
