Zarządzenie nr 139 Prezesa Rady Ministrów i Przewodniczącego Państwowej Komisji Planowania Gospodarczego z dnia 14 czerwca 1954 r. zmieniające zarządzenie z dnia 11 września 1953 r. w sprawie zasad planowania i rozliczania dodatkowych kosztów związanych z zatrudnieniem pracowników zamiejscowych oraz ustalenia wysokości tych kosztów w produkcji budowlano-montażowej.
