Zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Państwowej Komisji Planowania Gospodarczego z dnia 6 lipca 1954 r. w sprawie przekazania Ministrowi Przemysłu Drobnego i Rzemiosła uprawnień do wydawania przepisów o zagospodarowaniu zbędnych i ponadnormatywnych artykułów zaopatrzeniowych w państwowych i spółdzielczych jednostkach nadzorowanych przez Ministra Przemysłu Drobnego i Rzemiosła.
