Zarządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 23 lutego 1956 r. zmieniające zarządzenie z dnia 29 kwietnia 1952 r. w sprawie ustalenia wykroczeń, za które organy Milicji Obywatelskiej upoważnione są do nakładania i ściągania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego.
