Regulation of the Chairman of the State Planning Commission of September 3, 1956, on transferring to the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Culture and Art, and the Chairman of the Main Committee for Physical Culture the powers to set selling prices for supply articles and industrial works (services) performed by enterprises subordinate to them.
