Zarządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 3 września 1957 r. zmieniające zarządzenie Ministra Kolei z dnia 21 grudnia 1955 r. w sprawie określenia kategorii pracowników resortu kolei uprawnionych do korzystania ze świadczeń kolejowej służby zdrowia oraz w sprawie określenia zakresu i warunków udzielania tych świadczeń.
