Zarządzenie Ministra Szkolnictwa Wyższego z dnia 23 września 1958 r. zmieniające zarządzenie z dnia 22 października 1953 r. w sprawie warunków odbywania studiów wyższych oraz uzyskiwania dyplomów ich ukończenia w charakterze eksternistów przez nauczycieli i pracowników kulturalno-oświatowych.
