Resolution No. 21 of the Council of Ministers of January 5, 1959 on the repeal of Resolution No. 261 of the Presidium of the Government of April 2, 1955 on the principles of planning and utilization of budget credits intended for combating the Colorado potato beetle and other pests and plant diseases occurring on a catastrophic scale.
Uchwała nr 21 Rady Ministrów z dnia 5 stycznia 1959 r. w sprawie uchylenia uchwały nr 261 Prezydium Rządu z dnia 2 kwietnia 1955 r. w sprawie zasad planowania i wykorzystania kredytów budżetowych przeznaczonych na cele zwalczania stonki ziemniaczanej oraz innych szkodników i chorób roślinnych występujących w nasileniu klęskowym.
