Order of the Chairman of the Planning Commission at the Council of Ministers of July 21, 1960, extending the provisions of Resolution No. 52 of the Council of Ministers of February 5, 1960, on the principles of planning, control, and correction of the wage fund in state construction and assembly enterprises to state geological enterprises subordinate to the Chairman of the Central Geological Office.
