Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 10 lutego 1961 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad i trybu rozliczeń przedsiębiorstw, zarządów budynków mieszkalnych z budżetami terenowymi z tytułu dopłat budżetowych, zysku oraz określenia szczegółowych zasad i trybu dokonywania odpisów na fundusz rozwoju i fundusz napraw.
