Order of the Minister of Communications of July 6, 1961, on the determination of the superior official authority authorized to issue personal authorizations for imposing and collecting fines by means of penalty tickets by the sanitary-epidemiological bodies of the railway health service and the determination of offenses for which penalty tickets can be issued.
Zarządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 6 lipca 1961 r. w sprawie określenia przełożonej władzy służbowej uprawnionej do wydawania imiennych upoważnień do nakładania i ściągania grzywny w drodze mandatu karnego przez organy sanitarno-epidemiologiczne kolejowej służby zdrowia oraz ustalenia wykroczeń, za które można nakładać mandaty karne.
