Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 28 września 1962 r. w sprawie przekazywania przez jednostki państwowe i organizacje spółdzielcze środków finansowych, przeznaczonych na pomoc w budowie urządzeń do zbiorowego zaopatrywania ludności w wodę na terenie gromad, realizowanej przez zrzeszenia ludności.
