Resolution No. 53 of the Council of Ministers of February 13, 1962, on the principles of implementing rapidly profitable investments related to technical progress or the development of export production or import substitution, as well as other minor investments not covered by the national economic plan, and certain major repairs.

Uchwała nr 53 Rady Ministrów z dnia 13 lutego 1962 r. w sprawie zasad realizacji inwestycji szybko rentujących się, związanych z postępem technicznym lub rozwojem produkcji eksportowej albo zastępującej import, oraz innych drobnych inwestycji nie objętych narodowym planem gospodarczym, a także niektórych kapitalnych remontów.
