Zarządzenie Ministra Górnictwa i Energetyki z dnia 21 września 1963 r. zmieniające zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Państwowej Komisji Planowania Gospodarczego z dnia 29 listopada 1954 r. w sprawie obliczania zużycia węgla i koksu do ogrzewania budynków mieszkalnych, biurowych i użyteczności publicznej.
