Regulation of the Ministers of National Defence and Internal Affairs of December 12, 1963, concerning the provision of data by naval vessels, border protection organs, and the Citizens' Militia regarding these units after a collision at sea or inland waters with ships or seaplanes.
Zarządzenie Ministrów Obrony Narodowej i Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 12 grudnia 1963 r. w sprawie podawania przez jednostki pływające marynarki wojennej, organów ochrony granic i Milicji Obywatelskiej danych dotyczących tych jednostek po zderzeniu się na morzu lub wodach śródlądowych ze statkami lub wodnosamolotami.
