Resolution No. 228 of the Council of Ministers of July 29, 1964, on the principles and jurisdiction of bodies for determining the sales prices of supply and investment articles and works (services) produced by state units covered by the territorial plan, cooperatives, social organizations, and units of the non-socialized economy.
