Zarządzenie Prezesa Urzędu Patentowego Polskiej Rzeczypospolitej Ludowej z dnia 18 marca 1969 r. w sprawie pierwszeństwa do uzyskania patentu na wynalazek albo rejestracji wzoru użytkowego, wzoru zdobniczego lub znaku towarowego w razie wystawienia wynalazku lub wzoru na XXIII Targach Krajowych Wiosna 1969 r. w Poznaniu w roku 1969 albo zamieszczenia znaku towarowego na towarze wystawionym na tych targach w roku 1969.
