Uchwała nr 249 Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 listopada 1971 r. w sprawie terminu przedawnienia roszczeń o zapłatę kar umownych za niewykonanie lub nienależyte wykonanie umów sprzedaży i umów dostawy oraz umów komisu w obrocie pomiędzy jednostkami gospodarki uspołecznionej.
