Zarządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 15 marca 1973 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie opłat za sprawdzenie kwalifikacji osób ubiegających się o kartę rowerową lub o kartę woźnicy oraz wynagrodzenia osób sprawdzających kwalifikacje rowerzystów i woźniców.
