Resolution No. 56 of the Council of Ministers of March 1, 1974 on the authorization to regulate, in a manner deviating from the provisions of the Civil Code, certain contract terms and amending the resolution on sales contracts and supply contracts between socialist economy entities.
Uchwała nr 56 Rady Ministrów z dnia 1 marca 1974 r. w sprawie upoważnienia do uregulowania w sposób odbiegający od przepisów Kodeksu cywilnego niektórych warunków umów oraz zmiany uchwały w sprawie umów sprzedaży oraz umów dostawy między jednostkami gospodarki uspołecznionej.
