Zarządzenie Prezesa Głównego Urzędu Kontroli Publikacji i Widowisk z dnia 12 grudnia 1981 r. w sprawie zasad i trybu udzielania zezwoleń na rozpowszechnianie publikacji i widowisk oraz postępowania przy użytkowaniu zakładów, urządzeń i aparatów poligraficznych w czasie obowiązywania stanu wojennego.
