Zarządzenie nr 18 Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 29 maja 1982 r. w sprawie przekazania Ministrowi Komunikacji uprawnień do wydawania przepisów o normowaniu zużycia paliw płynnych w eksploatacji lokomotyw spalinowych, statków żeglugi śródlądowej i statków powietrznych lotnictwa cywilnego.
