Zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Głównego Komitetu Kultury Fizycznej i Turystyki z dnia 29 grudnia 1986 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie warunków bezpieczeństwa osób pływających, kąpiących się i wypoczywających nad wodą oraz warunków i trybu przeprowadzania egzaminu i wydawania kart pływackich.
