Uchwała nr 21 Rady Ministrów z dnia 20 lutego 1989 r. zmieniająca uchwałę w sprawie świadczeń dla pracowników czasowo przeniesionych oraz uchwałę w sprawie świadczeń przysługujących pracownikom urzędów państwowych przeniesionych do pracy w innej miejscowości.
