Zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Komitetu do Spraw Młodzieży i Kultury Fizycznej z dnia 24 kwietnia 1989 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie zasad i trybu przyznawania świadczeń w zakresie wyżywienia, zakwaterowania i zwrotu kosztów przejazdu i przewozu sprzętu dla zawodników, trenerów i instruktorów oraz innych osób uczestniczących w imprezach sportowych i procesie szkolenia.
