Order of the Minister of Environmental Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry of April 23, 1990, on investments particularly harmful to the environment and human health, and the conditions that an assessment of the impact of investments and construction objects on the environment prepared by an expert should meet.
Zarządzenie Ministra Ochrony Środowiska, Zasobów Naturalnych i Leśnictwa z dnia 23 kwietnia 1990 r. w sprawie inwestycji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska i zdrowia ludzi oraz warunków, jakim powinna odpowiadać sporządzona przez rzeczoznawcę ocena oddziaływania inwestycji i obiektów budowlanych na środowisko.
