Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 29, 1990, concerning the requirements that natural and legal persons applying for a license to conduct insurance and reinsurance brokerage activities must meet, the procedure for issuing these licenses, and the permissible scope of brokerage activities.
Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 listopada 1990 r. w sprawie wymogów, jakie muszą spełniać osoby fizyczne i prawne ubiegające się o zezwolenie na prowadzenie działalności brokerskiej w zakresie ubezpieczeń i reasekuracji, trybu wydawania tych zezwoleń oraz dopuszczalnego zakresu działalności brokerskiej.
