Zarządzenie Ministra Łączności z dnia 12 marca 1992 r. w sprawie zasad i warunków budowy linii telekomunikacyjnych wzdłuż dróg publicznych, wodnych, kanałów oraz w pobliżu lotnisk i w miejscowościach, a także ustalania warunków, jakim te linie powinny odpowiadać.
