Zarządzenie Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 29 listopada 1995 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie form i warunków podejmowania i odbywania studiów przez osoby nie będące obywatelami polskimi, uczestniczenia tych osób w badaniach naukowych i szkoleniach oraz zasad odpłatności za studia i szkolenia.
