Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 23 grudnia 1996 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie stawek podatku akcyzowego dla wyrobów przemysłu spirytusowego i drożdżowego, niektórych innych napojów alkoholowych, paliw do silników, wyrobów tytoniowych oraz zwolnień od tego podatku.
