Order of the Minister of National Defence of October 10, 1997, amending the order on the conditions for flights in the airspace of the Republic of Poland by own and foreign military aircraft and the procedure of the Air and Air Defence Forces towards foreign aircraft crossing the state border without the required permit.
Zarządzenie Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 10 października 1997 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie warunków wykonywania lotów w przestrzeni powietrznej Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej przez własne i obce wojskowe statki powietrzne oraz sposobu postępowania Wojsk Lotniczych i Obrony Powietrznej w stosunku do obcych statków powietrznych, przekraczających granicę państwową bez wymaganego zezwolenia.
