Resolution of the National Electoral Commission of August 24, 1998 on establishing the form of confirmation of registration of a list of candidates for councillors and the protocol of registration of a list of candidates for councillors to the municipal council, district council, and regional assembly, as well as the certificate for a trusted person and for a deputy representative of the electoral committee.
Uchwała Państwowej Komisji Wyborczej z dnia 24 sierpnia 1998 r. w sprawie ustalenia wzoru potwierdzenia zgłoszenia do rejestracji listy kandydatów na radnych i protokołu rejestracji listy kandydatów na radnych do rady gminy, rady powiatu i sejmiku województwa oraz zaświadczenia dla męża zaufania i dla zastępcy pełnomocnika komitetu wyborczego.
