Decision of the Minister of Economy of February 22, 2001 upholding the decision of October 31, 2000 concerning the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty in connection with the import into the Polish customs territory of pocket lighters to circumvent the anti-dumping duty established by the decision of October 26, 1998.
