Resolution of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of 25 February 2011 on the supplementary election to the composition of the Investigative Committee to examine the allegations of illegal influence by members of the Council of Ministers, the Commander-in-Chief of the Police, the Head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau and the Head of the Internal Security Agency on Police officers, Central Anticorruption Bureau officers and Internal Security Agency officers, prosecutors and persons holding positions in the judiciary, in order to force the exceeding of powers or the failure to perform duties in connection with criminal proceedings and operational-reconnaissance activities in cases involving or against members of the Council of Ministers, members of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland and journalists, in the period from 31 October 2005 to 16 November 2007.

Uchwała Sejmu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z dnia 25 lutego 2011 r. w sprawie wyboru uzupełniającego do składu osobowego Komisji Śledczej do zbadania sprawy zarzutu nielegalnego wywierania wpływu przez członków Rady Ministrów, Komendanta Głównego Policji, Szefa Centralnego Biura Antykorupcyjnego oraz Szefa Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego na funkcjonariuszy Policji, Centralnego Biura Antykorupcyjnego oraz Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego, prokuratorów i osoby pełniące funkcje w organach wymiaru sprawiedliwości w celu wymuszenia przekroczenia uprawnień lub niedopełnienia obowiązków w związku z postępowaniami karnymi oraz czynnościami operacyjno- rozpoznawczymi w sprawach z udziałem lub przeciwko członkom Rady Ministrów, posłom na Sejm Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i dziennikarzom, w okresie od 31 października 2005 roku do 16 listopada 2007 roku
