Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 21 kwietnia 1936 r. o odjęciu uprawnień organom samorządu terytorjalnego w zakresie nadzoru policyjno-budowlanego i podziale tych uprawnień pomiędzy władze administracji ogólnej a wydziały powiatowe w powiatach: warszawskim, błońskim, mińsko-mazowieckim, grójeckim, sochaczewskim, pułtuskim i radzymińskim.
