Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of February 8, 1938, on the withdrawal of powers from municipal authorities in matters of police and construction, and on the transfer of these powers to district departments in certain settlements of the poviats: Warsaw, Błonie, Mińsk, Grójec, Sochaczew, Pułtusk, and Radzymin.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 8 lutego 1938 r. o odjęciu uprawnień zarządom gminnym w zakresie spraw policyjno-budowlanych oraz o przekazaniu tych uprawnień wydziałom powiatowym w niektórych osiedlach powiatów: warszawskiego, błońskiego, mińskiego, grójeckiego, sochaczewskiego, pułtuskiego i radzymińskiego.
