Regulation of the Minister of Communications of April 13, 1972, on defining offenses for which officers of certain bodies supervised by the Minister of Communications are authorized to impose fines by way of penalty tickets, and on the principles and method of issuing authorizations to them.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 13 kwietnia 1972 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze niektórych organów podlegających nadzorowi Ministra Komunikacji upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania im upoważnień.
