Regulation of the Minister of Transport of January 9, 1962 on the determination of the superior official authority authorized to issue personal authorizations for imposing and collecting fines by way of penalty tickets by railway health service sanitary-epidemiological organs and on the determination of offenses for which penalty tickets may be imposed.
Zarządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 9 stycznia 1962 r. w sprawie określenia przełożonej władzy służbowej uprawnionej do wydawania imiennych upoważnień do nakładania i ściągania grzywny w drodze mandatu karnego przez organy sanitarno-epidemiologicznej kolejowej służby zdrowia oraz ustalenia wykroczeń, za które można nakładać mandaty karne.
