Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 1 sierpnia 1989 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie trybu doprowadzania osób w stanie nietrzeźwości, organizacji izb wytrzeźwień i zakresu opieki zdrowotnej oraz opłat związanych z doprowadzeniem i pobytem w izbie wytrzeźwień lub jednostce Milicji Obywatelskiej.
