Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of October 23, 1996 on the procedure for bringing intoxicated persons to sobriety, the organization of sobering-up stations and the scope of healthcare, as well as the principles for determining fees related to bringing to sobriety and stay at a sobering-up station.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 23 października 1996 r. w sprawie trybu doprowadzania osób w stanie nietrzeźwości, organizacji izb wytrzeźwień i zakresu opieki zdrowotnej oraz zasad ustalania opłat związanych z doprowadzeniem i pobytem w izbie wytrzeźwień.
