Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 13 stycznia 1990 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie trybu doprowadzenia osób w stanie nietrzeźwości, organizacji izb wytrzeźwień i zakresu opieki zdrowotnej oraz opłat związanych z doprowadzaniem i pobytem w izbie wytrzeźwień lub w jednostce Milicji Obywatelskiej.
