Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 2 kwietnia 1991 r. w sprawie określania stanowisk i funkcji uprawniających do otrzymania paszportów dyplomatycznych oraz paszportów służbowych Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych, trybu ich przechowywania oraz zakresu czynności konsula w sprawach paszportowych.
