Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 8 sierpnia 1995 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie określenia stanowisk i funkcji uprawniających do otrzymania paszportów dyplomatycznych oraz paszportów służbowych Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych, trybu ich przechowywania oraz zakresu czynności konsula w sprawach paszportowych.
