Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 17 stycznia 1991 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie trybu doprowadzania osób w stanie nietrzeźwości, organizacji izb wytrzeźwień i zakresu opieki zdrowotnej oraz opłat związanych z doprowadzaniem i pobytem w izbie wytrzeźwień lub w jednostce Milicji Obywatelskiej.
