Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of 23 November 1992 on the entitlements to acquire medicines, diagnostic preparations, and single-use equipment free of charge, at a lump-sum fee, or with partial payment in cases of certain chronic congenital, acquired, or infectious diseases.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 23 listopada 1992 r. w sprawie uprawnień do nabycia leku, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku bezpłatnie, za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością w przypadku niektórych chorób przewlekłych wrodzonych, nabytych lub zakaźnych.
