Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 27 lutego 1995 r. w sprawie uprawnień do nabycia leku, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku bezpłatnie, za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością, w przypadku niektórych chorób przewlekłych wrodzonych, nabytych lub zakaźnych.
