Regulation of the Minister Head of the Office of the Council of Ministers of December 30, 1994 amending the regulation on the determination of offenses for which employees of territorial bodies of general government administration performing tasks in the field of urban and construction supervision and municipal guards are authorized to impose fines by way of a penalty ticket.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Szefa - Urzędu Rady Ministrów z dnia 30 grudnia 1994 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które pracownicy terenowych organów rządowej administracji ogólnej wykonujący zadania w zakresie nadzoru urbanistycznego i budowlanego oraz funkcjonariusze straży miejskich są upoważnieni do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego.
