Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 22 September 1997 on the determination of offenses for which municipal (city) guards are authorized to impose fines by way of penalty tickets, as well as the rules and method of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 22 września 1997 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze straży gminnych (miejskich) upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
