Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 grudnia 1995 r. w sprawie ustanowienia kontyngentów celnych na urządzenia i aparaturę kontrolno-pomiarową dla potrzeb ochrony środowiska oraz na niektóre środki owadobójcze i urządzenia techniczne dla leśnictwa, przywożone z zagranicy.
