Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 maja 1998 r. w sprawie określenia maksymalnej części aktywów otwartego funduszu emerytalnego, jaka może zostać ulokowana w poszczególnych kategoriach lokat, oraz dodatkowych ograniczeń w zakresie prowadzenia działalności lokacyjnej przez fundusze emerytalne.
